Please note that due to the size of the venue the maximum company size we can accept for theatre is 4-5 members.
VENUE DETAILS
The Straw Yard is unique. It is England's most northerly theatre and has a unique atmosphere that patrons and creatives love. It is a beautiful space and boasts an exceptional welcome to audience members and a very friendly team to work with. Below is the overview of what the venue can offer. Please read carefully before submitting your programming proposals.

Stage space can be orientated in a number of ways. End on, thrust, in the round, traverse.
Small lighting rig capable of washes and a few specials.
Programmable LX Desk (Strand FLX 24)
Basic sound system (The venue is small and microphones are not required for any spoken word/theatre events)
