About the event
Come along and have a go at stone carving on this one day taster workshop. During the day we will look at historic stone carvings seen in Berwick and everyone will design and carve a small relief carving in limestone using traditional hammers and chisels. All tools and materials will be provided and you will be able to take home your carving at the end of the day! All abilities welcome so please don’t worry if you have never done anything like this before. There will be plenty of tea and coffee but please bring along your own lunch.
